3 Ingredient Mini Paleo Pizza Crusts
These mini Paleo pizza crusts are a delicious and low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crusts. Made with just three simple ingredients, theyre grain-free, gluten-free, and perfect for satisfying your pizza cravings without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet
Mix the egg, salt, and almond flour together in a mixing bowl
Stir to form a dough
Roll each of the six equal portions of dough into a ball
Roll each ball of dough into a quarter-inch thick mini pizza crust and place on the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crusts are firm to the touch and the edges are golden brown, in a preheated oven
When finished, take out of the oven and give it a little time to cool before adding the desired toppings
