Blueberry-Huckleberry Grand Marnier Tart

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup huckleberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to fit a 9-inch tart pan
Trim any extra pastry that sticks out when you press it into the tart pan
Put blueberries, huckleberries, sugar, flour, Grand Marnier, and lemon zest in a bowl and mix them together
The berry mixture should be spread out evenly over the pastry
Dot the edges of the dough with egg wash
Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the berries start to bubble
After letting it cool down a bit, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve
