Enjoy a refreshing and healthy Winter Fruit Salad thats naturally sweet, with no added sugar or sweeteners. The combination of seasonal fruits and a hint of lemon juice creates a delightful mix of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 pears, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine diced apples and pears

Add halved red grapes and pomegranate seeds to the bowl

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts

Drizzle lemon juice over the salad and toss to combine

Top with fresh mint leaves for garnish

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
