Ingredients:
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 pears, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
