Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

These Hasselback Potatoes made in the air fryer are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Theyre a delightful side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Make sure to wash and scrub the potatoes well

Make sure not to cut all the way through the potatoes when you cut them

You dont have to cut all the way through the potato if you put chopsticks or wooden spoons on each side

Pour olive oil over the potatoes, making sure it gets into the cracks

Add a lot of salt and pepper to taste

For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 375F 190C

Put the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes

When the 15 minutes are up, open the air fryer and add the potatoes

Brush the potatoes with the melted butter and then sprinkle the garlic powder on top

For the last 15 minutes, keep cooking the potatoes until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes and air fry for another two to three minutes, until the cheese melts and turns a light golden color

Add fresh parsley on top and serve hot
