Bacon Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole with Potatoes

This Bacon Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole with Potatoes has all the tastes of a regular cheeseburger in an easy-to-use casserole dish. The burger is full of tasty ground beef, crispy bacon, diced potatoes, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and melted cheddar cheese. Its also topped with ketchup and mustard.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Layer frozen French fries evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned

Drain excess fat

Layer cooked ground beef over the French fries in the casserole dish

Sprinkle cooked and crumbled bacon over the ground beef layer

Spread diced potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and pickles evenly over the bacon layer

Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top of the casserole

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the entire casserole

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly

Serve hot and enjoy
