Chai Snowball Cookies

With their warm chai spices and crunchy nuts, these Chai Snowball Cookies are a delicious gluten-free and vegan treat. Theyre great for holiday parties or any time you want a warm sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, spices, salt, and chopped nuts should all be mixed together well in a large bowl

Make 1-inch balls out of the dough and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn a light golden brown

After the cookies have cooled for a few minutes on the baking sheet, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

After the cookies have cooled, roll them in powdered sugar until they are covered all over

Keep at room temperature in a container that keeps air out for up to a week
