Chocolate Chip Cookie Peanut Butter Smores
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Graham crackers, broken into squares
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well
Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined
To make sure the chocolate chips are spread out evenly in the cookie dough, fold them in
Take dough balls about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls
Put them on a baking sheet
After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden
Once the cookies are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes
Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely
On the bottom of one cookie, spread peanut butter
On the bottom of the other cookie, spread marshmallow fluff
Press the two cookies together so that the spreads are facing each other
This will make a cookie sandwich
To finish off the smores look, put a graham cracker into the marshmallow fluff side of the sandwich
Do it again with the rest of the cookies and spreads
