Keto Lobster Rolls
With these Keto Lobster Rolls, you can enjoy a classic lobster roll without all the carbs. They are a tasty and filling keto-friendly meal because they are full of juicy lobster meat and smooth mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
Instructions:
Chopped lobster, mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in
Put the lobster mix in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes to cool it down
Spread butter that has been melted on the butter lettuce leaves

Make rolls out of the lettuce leaves
