Avocado Chicken Salad

If you want a healthy and keto-friendly chicken salad recipe, try this avocado chicken salad instead. Its great for a quick lunch or light dinner because its full of protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Diced avocados, shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeo should all be put in a large bowl together

Add the olive oil and lime juice, and then gently toss everything together

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve right away or put in the fridge until youre ready to serve
