Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips gluten-free
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
Pulse the mixture until it forms a dough-like consistency
Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet or plate
Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up
