These Coconut Cookie Bliss Balls are a delightful gluten-free and no-bake treat thats perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. They are quick to make and packed with flavor, making them a fantastic snack or dessert option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:
