Peach Bellinis

A refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for brunch or any special occasion.

Ingredients:

• 4 oz peach puree
• 4 oz prosecco
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

Put peach schnapps, lemon juice, and peach puree in a blender

Mix until its smooth

Half way up the champagne flutes, fill them with the peach mixture

Add prosecco on top

Mix slowly by stirring

If you want, add ice cubes

Serve cold
